MY DIET FOOD.
Yap !!! That's my diet food. when people say they are on a diet they usually mean.
1) I'm eating very little.
2) I'm having some "shakes"(meal replacement like herbal life or so many in market now) in my breakfast, lunch, or dinner instead of having food to lose weight.
3)I'm eating very boring tasteless things.
4)I'm not allowed to eat normal food.
so there are these kinds of things you have must be heard from your friends or office people.
None of these required when you are trying to lose weight or achieving your fitness goal. or eales your end of losing on your health, hair loss, skin rash, your immune system, etc.
" A diet just defines what you eat regularly. our diet is influenced by our region, social environment so it could be north or south Indian, veg, or non-veg. etc.
let's see how we can plan a daily meal.
half of your plate should be your veggies (salad or subji) likewise if you really don't like to eat salad so please do include subji portion more.
one your palm size portion of protein (approx 150gm to 200gm). in protein sources, you can include chicken, fish, eggs, lentils, beans, cottage cheese (paneer), tofu, etc.
one cupped handful of carbohydrates like rice, oats, roti, bhakri, bread, noodles, etc.
one thumbed size portion of fat like groundnut oil, sunflower oil, coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, flaxseed oil, etc.
so this is the small changes you can make in your diet.
WHY??? Because it's a nutritious and balanced meal what you are used to eating.
If some tell you. you can not eat roti or rice to lose weight don't listen to them.
stop letting the latest fad fool you. you don't need any meal replacement to lose weight or keto diet or eating only two meals a day.
You don't need to give up on your carbs to lose weight.
you don't need to do any of these with your diabetes, PCOS or hypothyroid just eat a balanced meal with 1 hour of exercise.
